Quarter 1: January 2025 – March 2025

Officially, the performance year has begun. This is when MIPS 2025 eligible clinicians can start working on their Quality measures.

Quarter 4: October – December 2025

October marks the last time to start working on 90-day Improvement Activities (IA). Moreover, the period to apply for the hardship rules is completed.
